For bath steeps without salt:

Put amount you want in our reusable teabag, then add hot water to a cup. Place teabag in the cup and let steep, then when ready (based on your preference) put tea bag and the infused water in your bath. Lastly relax!

For bath soaks with salt:

Put desired amount in tea bag, then place in your bath while filling up.
